“Christmas …An Age Old Smoke & Mirrors Con?”

December 25th is documentably provable not to be Jesus’ birthday. So-called “Christmas” is an early catholicization of one of several pagan holidays which that religion’s early leaders designed to draw converts.

The key event in Jesus’ life was not his birthday. Also nowhere in the Bible does He tell us to celebrate it.

The truly revolutionary event in Jesus’ life was his death. He sacrificed himself through torture and a gruesome death. Jesus did that on behalf of every sinful, man, woman, and child who ever lived, or ever will live, on this planet while it continues to exist.

Jesus’ death, and more importantly his resurrection, permit those whom choose to believe in, trust, obey, and follow Him to do something exciting and very unique.

For Jesus allows His true Followers to live an abundant life in the dirty here and now …as well as the glorious hereafter. (John 10:10 & Romans 10:8-12 viewable at http://diigo.com/0jtyy & http://diigo.com/0lk6j)

Please take action, now, before it’s too late, on the gift you are invited to receive in God’s promise clearly stated in the short passage from the Bible book of Romans which I have linked above. Please contact me at the address below if I can assist you to better appreciate the significance of God’s open invitation to you.

Blessings and peace throughout the holiday season!
