On Stress Affecting Our Brain & Dementia

“Stress Promotes The Onset of Dementia”

Stress isn’t always a bad thing!

‘Eustress’ (good stress) is that glorious energy flow that is God’s gift of “joi de vie” or “joy of life”!

‘Distress’ (bad stress) also is crucial for your needed burst of potentially life-saving, extra energy and focus desparetely needed when you’re playing a competitive sport, have to speak in public, or trying to avoid danger.

But…

Abba (Daddy God), grace true Followers of Yashua (Jesus) to understand, appreciate, plus do something about the deadly dis-stress that we allow the world, our flesh, and the demonic to create in us,  moment-to-moment throughout our days here. (Galatains 5:16-17 & 25)

Grace us also to keep on, keeping on, keeping on, being filled by your Spirit because chronic distress can promote the onset of Dementia as well as making us immediately sick! (Ephesians 5:17-18)

Lead us, I pray, to apply the easy defenses against, and relief from, the effects of “chronic dis-stress dis-ease” outlined at the end of the well-done 4 min. video here!

Let us know that we know that …Prayer = Meditation

Blessings & shalom all!
